Week 2 – Emotional intensity and rejection sensitivity

Learn to tolerate emotional discomfort without spiralling into shame.

Week 3 – Procrastination and avoidance

Shift from: “I’ll do it when I feel ready” to more structured and manageable actions.

Week 4 – Your inner critic

Separate behaviour from identity. Develop unconditional self-acceptance.

Week 5 – Systems over willpower

Externalise your executive functioning through practical design.

Week 6 – Reactivity and pause

Increase response flexibility in relationships and high-stress moments.

Week 7 – Identity and strength

Move beyond deficit thinking and reconnect with values and strengths.

Week 8 – Integration and sustainability

Develop a long-term ADHD maintenance plan.

Who is ADHD AWARE for?

This programme is ideal for:

  • Adults diagnosed or self-diagnosed with ADHD (including late diagnosis)
  • Professionals experiencing burnout or chronic overwhelm
  • Anyone having problems regulating their emotions, including anxiety and anger
  • Anyone struggling with perfectionism and shame

This programme may not be suitable for you if you are in acute crisis or require intensive treatment.
