It’s easy to follow with sections explaining how the ADHD brain works, sections on emotion regulation and why it’s so important, your nervous system, goal setting, and a template toolbox with downloadable daily worksheets you can to help you get more organised.
The Neurodivergent Friendly Workbook of DBT Skills
This is a really great DBT workbook with four colour-coded sections which make it really easy to navigate and find what you’re looking for. There are sections on Everyday Wellness, Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation and Distress Tolerance.
Specific worksheets include: recognising meltdown triggers, managing meltdowns when they happen, working out your own sensory needs, preventing sensory overload, developing mindfulness strategies and identifying your emotions.
